NUIT Launches Capacity and Availability Service Monitoring Dashboard

Effective August 3, NUIT has launched a capacity and availability service monitoring dashboard application for University system administrators and developers to view real-time Web application performances of Northwestern services, including HRIS and the Course Management System.
The secure, Web-based dashboard serves as a complement to NUIT's current Status of University Services page.

The capacity and availability service monitoring dashboard provides:
- A tool for both NUIT and customers upon which service levels can be set and measured
- Support staff the ability to instantly identify the source of network, workstation, server, application, and content issues
- Forensic details of Web applications to assist with performance and availability
