Technology Support Center Re-Opening in University Library

Effective Date: September 15, 2021

Northwestern IT’s Technology Support Center re-opens in the University Library—across from the Circulation Desk—on Monday, September 20, at 10 a.m., for in-person support during the Fall Quarter. The center will remain open through December 8, 2021. At that time, unit leaders will evaluate the ongoing need for walk-in support and decide on Winter Quarter hours.

Northwestern IT Service Desk Tier 1 and Tier 2 members will staff the location Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The location provides walk-in support for current members of the Northwestern community, including students, faculty, staff, affiliates, and retirees.

As a reminder, Northwestern IT Service Desk representatives remain available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., to provide support via phone and email. Individuals can call 847-491-4357 (1-HELP) or email consultant@northwestern.edu during these hours.
