Kevin joined the Research Computing and Data Services team as a Data Management Engineer after 3 years with Northwestern IT's Service Operation team as a Data Center Technician, where he worked with a wide range of systems and developed strong user support skills. He brings his experience solving network problems, maintaining and monitoring servers, responding to IT incidents, and managing a variety of IT enterprise systems now to support the research work of the university. He works with both on-premise infrastructure and systems as well as cloud computing and storage resources.
Kevin obtained his Bachelors in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his Masters in Information Systems, with a specialization in Project Management, from Northwestern University.
