Next Steps in R
This workshop series will expand your R skills beyond the basics in this one-hour remote lesson.
Artificial Intelligence for Research
This workshop series provides practical advice and examples on how to effectively and securely utilize AI in your research. From writing code to training large language models (LLMs), our Data Scientists will walk you through the tools and tips you'll need.
Data Management
This workshop series explores all the best practices researchers perform to care for their research data, including organizing, describing, preserving, and sharing.
Statistics
This workshop series covers when and how to apply different statistical methods and models. They often demonstrate related code, but they cover general information that is useful regardless of which software you use.
Quest Orientation
New Quest users, especially those without previous HPC experience, are strongly encouraged to attend a Quest Orientation session. The Orientation sessions build on the information covered in our Introduction to Quest video series to help you navigate data storage options, transfer data to and from Quest, submit jobs, and identify the best way to use Quest in support of your research. Participants should have an active Quest account and bring their laptops. All Northwestern researchers can request a Quest account (allocation) if they do not already have one.
Genomics Compute Cluster Orientation
New users of the Genomics Compute Cluster (GCC) should attend an in-person or virtual orientation session to get started using the GCC.
