TeamDynamix Training Resources

In winter 2022, Northwestern IT will launch a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to replace the University's current ticketing system and consolidate the IT service catalog, Northwestern IT Knowledge Base, and the Status of University IT Services web pages. All staff who will work in the new ITSM platform are invited to attend upcoming training opportunities. We are offering the initial training webinar three times in early November, and we will hold additional, in-depth training and Q&A sessions with the vendor in early December.
