IT Services and Support During Winter Recess

The Northwestern Information Technology (IT) Leadership Team wants to ensure that Northwestern IT staff can participate as broadly as possible in the University’s Winter Recess offering.  At the same time, we recognize IT offers essential services that need to continue 24/7.  As a result, we will have services and staff support available during Winter Recess for essential services and critical support areas.

From December 22 through January 1, the campus community can contact 847-491-4357 (1-HELP), which will provide access to support staff who are on call for urgent matters.  Escalation will occur as appropriate to the respective staff, as required.  Normal services will resume on January 2, 2019.

We are thankful to everyone who will be on site during this period or monitoring and responding to critical issues remotely.
