Winter Recess IT Support

Northwestern IT is committed to ensuring that staff across our unit can participate as broadly as possible in Winter Recess. At the same time, we recognize our organization offers essential services that need to continue 24/7. With that in mind, services and staff support will be available during the Winter Recess to assist, as needed, with essential services and critical support areas.

Additionally, from December 24 through January 1, the campus community can contact 847-491-4357 (1-HELP), which will provide access to support staff who are on-call for urgent matters. Escalation will occur as appropriate to the respective staff, as required. We are grateful to everyone who will be on-site during this period or monitoring and responding to critical issues remotely. Normal services will resume on January 2, 2020.
