User Support Specialist Associate

Wenceslao provides the first line of support for researchers on Quest high performance computing cluster. He troubleshoots, diagnoses, resolves or escalates technical issues reported by researchers. Wenceslao also develops documentation and training materials for all support activities and services provided.
Wenceslao is an alum of the Year UP program. Through the collaboration between Northwestern IT and Year UP, Wenceslao completed a six-month internship with Research Computing and Data Services before joining the team.
